My family (husband Kevin,

Phillip) and I went to North
Myrtle Beach for some fun in
the sun!
We stayed at the Bay Watch
Resort where we had an
oceanfront room. The view
was beautiful!

Let me tell you about our little
trip. After leaving Indiana, we
drove all day and stopped at
Quality Inn in Spartansburg,
SC. A little tip for those
traveling...do not eat Taco
Bell for dinner when everyone
is packed into a single room!
The kids wouldn't be quiet and
go to sleep..even putting in
ear plugs didn't help. What
made it worse was my
husband's constant butt
rumbling from the Taco Hell.
It soon became a contest,
between him, my son and my
daughter's boyfriend, as to
who can be the loudest and
the smelliest. Finally, they
settled down about
midnight....with a stray toot
here and there from my
husband. The compressor on
the a/c unit was so loud that
none of us slept. It was
horrible. Thank goodness the
resort was much better and my
husband and I had our own
room. LOL.

We spent a lot of time on the beach in the mornings and into the early afternoon. There was a wonderful breeze each day which kept it from
showing how hot it really was outside. I finished off two great reads....Beaudry's Ghost by Carolan Ivey and Stay With Me by Maya Banks. I am
in the middle of Hell for Leather by Beth Williamson. I highly recommend all these reads.
